Underage Purchase and/or Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages

We believe that regulations intended to prevent the consumption of alcoholic beverages by underage consumers should be strictly enforced. In accordance with these laws, Wine from the Heart clearly states on its website, and informs customers placing orders via telephone, that orders for alcoholic beverages will be made only to persons 21 years of age or older.  Further we require that each customer certify, under penalty of perjury, that they and the recipient are 21 years of age or older as a mandatory step in the "Checkout" process.  This website also warns customers, as part of every order placed, that in many states, a false representation of age is a crime under state law.   We strongly encourage responsible consumption of any alcoholic beverage.
