SPECIAL WEEKEND TASTING MENU.  On weekends,  try a flight of 3 to 4 different wines for only $10.  Every weekend the menu changes.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We have a very simple philosophy when it comes to wine - If it tastes good it's right.

With that said, there are literally thousands of great wines with NO way to judge their taste except written reviews.  Although we firmly believe in written reviews, we believe they are simply one source of information - but nothing beats the ability to actually taste.

Why?  Because taste is like DNA.  Every person on earth has a slightly different taste when it comes to wine.  Conclusion - To represent and sell fine wine REQUIRES a Tasting Room.

Intimidated?  That's the comment we have encounter by numerous people who like wine but are intimidated by the notion of wine experts.  We have actually encountered individuals who will not visit a tasting room because they don't feel qualified.   We believe in DOWN-To-EARTH wine advice based on your comfort level.  Please let us help take the mystery out of tasting fine wine.  We are an owner run store, not affiliated with any large producers or chains.  We believe in treating our customers like honored guests in our own home.  We have a passion for Monterey, fine wine, gifts and food.  We would love to share that passion with you in our warm and friendly tasting room.
